Materials and parts
Materials/parts are extra and are billed in addition to labor.
If the customer supplies materials/parts and they are incorrect, missing, incompatible, defective, or insufficient, the customer agrees that:
- time spent troubleshooting delays is billable, and
- time spent obtaining the correct materials (including travel time) is billable at the same labor rate and billed in the same 30-minute increments, plus the cost of any materials Leonard Electric purchases.
Leonard Electric does not provide warranty coverage for customer-supplied materials/parts and is not responsible for failures caused by them.
No estimate visit / unknown conditions
Because this is not an estimate visit, the customer understands that hidden or unforeseen conditions may exist. These conditions may increase the time required, change the method of repair, and/or require additional materials. Any additional time required is billed at the rates above.
If a safety hazard is discovered, Leonard Electric may pause or stop work until it can be addressed. Time spent up to that point remains billable.
Access and safety
The customer is responsible for providing safe and timely access to the work area. If Leonard Electric arrives and cannot access the work area, the $250 minimum service-call charge still applies.
Payment authorization
By agreeing, the customer authorizes Leonard Electric to charge the $250 minimum service-call charge and to invoice (and/or charge the payment method on file, if applicable) for additional Master Electrician labor and materials in accordance with these terms.
By checking “I agree,” the customer accepts these Service Call Terms.
